Dayle offers Private Sessions via Zoom where she will help you adapt to any particular need you may have, answer your questions, and give you tips and suggestions to enhance your personal practice.
These sessions will be very individualized, allowing you to get her full support, help, and encouragement.
By adding private sessions, rest assured you will feel respected and honored as you begin (or develop further) your practice of Qigong. We are sure you will thoroughly enjoy spending time with Dayle for your private session on Zoom!
Depending on your needs, these sessions will last 45 minutes to an hour.
