Stress, anxiety, and depression are on the rise. More and more people are dealing with autoimmune disorders and exhausted nervous systems. I see that this time in quarantine has allowed us to rest, reconnect and realign ourselves to more of a natural cycle that will enable us to not only feel more vitalized but also brings more happiness into our lives. Living in alignment with the natural cycles of life helps us to find balance in body, mind, and spirit. It helps us to understand our own complex selves in a more whole way.
There are layers upon layers of natural cycles that we move through on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. By learning how these cycles pertain to you and your life and living by these cycles, I genuinely believe that with time we will see a shift in the levels of stress, anxiety, and depression in our society. Aligning ourselves to our own natural rhythms and to the rhythm of Mother Earth helps us to find that balance that we need to have a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
