"I feel the winds of change and know it is time to clear the way for all of us to regain clarity and strength. In the past two years, I have learned to blend my passion for spirituality with the ancient arts of QiGong and Drumming. I feel truly blessed to be able to offer a unique blend of Rhythm and Movement to add to anyone's Wellness Toolbox." Dayle Bradford Huffman, RN, is a retired Home Care & Occupational Health Nurse, RN Wellness Coordinator, Certified QiGong Instructor, and a trained Health Rhythms Drum Circle Facilitator.
She is the founder and creator of Land of Legend Movement and Rhythm, where she teaches and shares QiGong & Drumming in various settings. Dayle describes the group's mission in this way:
"Land of Legend Movement and Rhythm" embodies the practice of being together again in more meaningful ways. We intend to create mindful opportunities, both in person and virtually, where we share gifts of music, rhythm, movement, and creative expression, to promote community building and wellness. Beginners in all the Expressive Arts are most welcome! No experience is necessary. We ask only that you bring your curiosity and a desire to grow, learn, share and be in community."
