Thank you so much for your purchase and for allowing the ASCENSION SCHOOL of SPIRITUALITY to be a part of your personal Spiritual Journey. While we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with Ascension School of Spirituality products, things happen. Each of our Mentors has their return policies, but if after contacting them, you still have any issue with the fulfillment of your order, or need our assistance with this issue, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your situation will be reviewed and you can expect to hear from us within 15 business days.
Any product or item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Once payment has been received there will be no refunds issued. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via email: email@example.com. Cancelled appointments can be rescheduled here: www.psychicamandamarquez.com

To change or cancel an appointment, use the convenient online scheduler link https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=16764104 or email Jennifer at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or if the client does not answer the phone at the appointed time, a full fee is charged. There are no refunds for executed sessions with Jennifer. If not 100% satisfied, please share this with Jennifer during the session or contact Jennifer by email, after the session and within 24 hours of the session, to discuss a possible remedy.

- All in-person or electronically delivered services are to be paid for beforehand via secure e-payment.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
