Each of us experiences ‘life markers’ in our lives. Some that may be difficult to navigate through and others that we may hold dear to our heart.
During our time together you will learn the technique to detach from the experience, gain perspective and self-empowerment. The Reframe Session begins with a card reading to provide context, discuss if you have a habit or pattern you would like to change and conclude with how this best serves you. Join me as you explore the power and strength in building the foundation from within. This session will involve two hours of uninterrupted time.
