Wendi Sexton

Hi, I'm Wendi Sexton. I am here to share my gifts and wisdom to support the healing of the individual and collective, Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul. My professional journey began with a Master's of Physical Therapy, facilitating healing and wellness with clients from infants to adults. While I have gained great skills, understanding, and heart-centered connections over the past 15 years, and my soul has been calling me toward more spiritual practice. I am a passionate and lifetime learner of the metaphysical and spiritual realms, always feeling most alive and in-tune when connected to Spirit. My advanced training includes Certified Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, CranioSacral Therapy, Certified Oracle Card Reader, and 200hr Yoga Teacher. My integrative toolbox includes SomatoEmotional Release, Healing Touch, Meditation, Guided Visualization, and Natural Intuitive Guidance.

Our lives' story is woven in the tissues of our physical body and the vibration of our energetic bodies. Though we are born with the natural ability to self-heal, unresolved issues may become trapped and stored, manifesting as acute or chronic illness, pain, stress, anxiety, or depression, to name a few. I serve as an open channel between my clients and the divine to explore the messages from within. I use my keen sense of awareness, combining life coaching, bodywork, energy medicine, intuition, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance to listen deeply to the story your Soul speaks to support your healing and transformation.
